Machinery and maintenance – Las Chozas Joaquín I and II.

The Farm owns all the necessary machinery for the cultivation and harvesting of olives, and is included in the final price of the property.

All machinery is practically new and is in excellent condition, thanks to the team that is responsible for maintenance, care and cleaning of the premises of the farm and farmhouse.

The maintenance team is independent and unrelated to “Las Chozas”, and varies in the number of workers according to the season and farm needs. The buyer may continue to benefit from its services or do without them as convenience, the buyer does not acquire any compromise with them when buying the farm.
